7 lucky Urantia Book readers gathered as Michael finished his stint taking us through the enthralling papers on the magnificent and blessed gift of the Thought Adjusters. We finished paper 112 with the amazing recital of what happens to us after death and the detail the Solitary Messenger gives us is really abundant and teeming with new and exciting information about our eventual transformation and induction into eternal life with our final fusion with the most exalted and majestic reality in the universe—even a fragment of God Himself!

Big Bill of Bernice showed up and promises to come to Jesus' Birthday and sing and fellowship with us. It was great to see Jeralie too.

Since Michael is done and David Kantor has let us know that the main text of his speech is coming from Papers 179 and 180, Tom has elected to moderate a study on these papers until Jesus' Birthday. We started it and are getting ready to read about the washing of the Apostles feet.

Come study with us. Enlightenment is guaranteed!

We enjoyed a couple of people who had not attended our Wednesday class before. We were in the middle of the Feast of Tabernacles where Jesus' discourses were straight forward, with few comparisons. The descriptions of the candelabras, golden pitcher, silvery trumpets, and the paradise apple were enchanting, and of course Jesus proclaiming "I am the light of the world" and "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" is truly memorable. We enjoyed some chocolate chip cookies of the mostly non-flat variety along with fellowship afterwards.

In spite of Michael's absence, 10 of us sallied forth into Paper 112 and learned a lot about the survival of our soul. It amazes me how much information the papers include in such delightful detail about what happens to us at death. How enlightening and inspiring.

We just have a couple of sections left in this paper, so come on out and join us. We will need a new moderator after this paper, so get your thinking caps on. See you next week!

The Challis venue turned out to be very magical as Michael delved us further into Paper 112. 10 of us showed up at the Challis' and enjoyed the fellowship and the amazing insights into personality and life after death. Sugar cookies were a good reminder of Jesus bestowal.

We'll be back at the Allen's next Sunday and continue this intriguing study. Do come, it won't be the same without you.

With various people in our group going a variety of directions, fulfilling commitments and just generally out of pocket, Family Worship class has been canceled this month.

Prayerfully we will meet again on August 15 and keep this going even though we have fewer and fewer children to minister to.

11 UB devotees showed up tonight, under the tutelage of Michael Challis, in spite of severe weather in our area. It was tough knowing that Waldine will not be here with us anymore. We studied and finished the Thought Adjuster Papers and began on Paper 112 on Personality. The last few sections in Paper 111 are some of the best and most inspiring and enlightening in the book. (IMHO)

Because so many of us will be out of pocket next Sunday, Michael and Beth have agreed to take class on 07/18/10. Call 720-2901 for directions.
